About the role

We are seeking a Senior Luxury Menswear Sales Assistant to join a prestigious Italian menswear brand in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high‑value sales and delivering an exceptional experience to discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets of at least £1 million per year.
• Provide expert advice on fabrics, cuts, sizes and tailoring details.
• Maintain immaculate visual standards and product presentation on the shop floor.
• Build and nurture relationships with high‑profile customers.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall store performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales experience in luxury menswear, delivering £1 million+ annual sales.
• Deep knowledge of menswear fabrics, tailoring techniques and pinning.
• Immaculately presented and confident in client interactions.
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the floor running.

Required skills

• Extensive product knowledge of luxury menswear.
• Expertise in assessing garment fit and tailoring details.
• Strong communication skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.
