Senior Manager – Corporate Tax (Big 4)

About the role

Join a leading professional services firm as a Senior Manager in Corporate Tax. You will support large corporate clients with UK and international tax compliance and advisory, working closely with a dedicated Compliance Services team and the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Advise large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters.
• Manage corporate tax compliance, including tax return submissions and tax accounting/reporting.
• Lead and develop teams, mentor colleagues, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client engagement.
• Collaborate creatively to solve complex tax issues and deliver practical solutions.

Required profile

• Professional tax qualification (ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) or comparable experience.
• Strong UK corporate tax knowledge and experience reviewing tax computations and accounting disclosures.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Business development experience with a proactive approach to client opportunities.
• Confidence discussing broader UK and global business issues with clients.
