Senior Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant (UK)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management functional consultant to deliver and support performance modules for UK public‑sector clients. You will configure, integrate and optimise performance processes across the Oracle HCM suite, guiding projects from design through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Performance Management components such as templates, rating models, eligibility profiles, approvals and talent‑process integration.
• Support goal management, performance document creation, check‑ins, manager and employee evaluations, and calibration workflows.
• Gather business requirements, translate performance policies into Fusion design options, and design test scenarios for various review cycles.
• Collaborate with Talent, Core HR, Security and Reporting teams to resolve configuration, workflow and data issues.
• Prepare user guides, administrator hand‑over documents and support artefacts for HR operations.
• Manage release regression, change requests, production incidents and continuous improvement of performance processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of performance templates, rating models and eligibility structures.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting requirements.
• Experience guiding projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and communicating technical solutions to both technical and senior business audiences.
