Senior Product Marketing Manager - AI/ML

About the role

Snowflake is looking for a senior product marketing leader to drive AI/ML go‑to‑market strategy across EMEA, bridging field teams with global messaging and shaping the future of AI‑driven data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the connective tissue between EMEA field teams and global AI messaging, running regular operating cadence with sales, growth and partner teams.
• Partner with EMEA sales leaders and AI/ML specialists to pressure‑test messaging against live deals and feed insights into product management and global PMM.
• Regionalize global AI/ML campaigns and messaging into EMEA‑ready narratives, tailoring for buyer priorities, industry nuances, regulatory considerations and localization.
• Create sales enablement assets (talk tracks, demos, pitch narratives) and support field‑ready content to drive credible AI stories.
• Define and track KPIs for GTM effectiveness, pipeline contribution, user acquisition, consumption growth, and report impact to regional and global leadership.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product marketing experience (or equivalent).
• Subject‑matter expertise in data analytics, AI/ML/LLMs, data science or application development, with hands‑on familiarity with AI assistant or copilot products.
• Proven ability to define and own regional GTM strategy and translate complex AI/ML capabilities into compelling narratives for executive, technical and operational buyers.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership skills, able to align Sales, Product and Marketing around shared priorities without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market signals, customer data, usage metrics and field feedback for informed GTM decisions.
• Technical fluency to understand, demo and articulate business value of AI/ML applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
