Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading construction consultancy in London to recruit a Senior Project Manager. The role will lead high‑profile commercial real‑estate schemes from feasibility through to practical completion, working closely with developers, investors and occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of office developments, refurbishments, landlord‑led repositioning and other commercial projects across all RIBA stages.
• Act as the primary client interface for major London assets, managing programme, cost, procurement and risk strategies.
• Coordinate consultant and contractor teams in complex live environments.
• Support and mentor junior Project Managers and other team members.
• Contribute to business development and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

• Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM qualification.
• Proven track record delivering commercial real‑estate projects within a consultancy setting.
• Experience in office development, refurbishment, repositioning or similar commercial schemes.
• Confident handling sophisticated London‑based clients and stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions‑oriented.
