Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading independent property consultancy in Manchester. The role involves leading construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility through to completion
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and risk
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Manage procurement and contract administration
• Chair project meetings and drive successful delivery
• Monitor quality, programme and commercial performance
• Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support business growth
• Mentor junior team members

Required profile

• Consultancy experience within the construction or property sector
• Proven experience delivering construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong client‑facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability
• Experience across residential, leisure or regeneration projects
• MRICS, MAPM or CIOB membership advantageous (not essential)
