Senior Property Investment Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior property investment consultant to join our fast‑growing UK investment team on a fully remote, self‑employed basis. You will work with a steady stream of qualified inbound leads, advising investors on residential off‑plan projects and specialist supported‑housing opportunities, while enjoying a high‑commission structure and a rolling retainer to support cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective investors, understand their financial goals and long‑term strategy.
• Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships over time.
• Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion of investment deals.
• Conduct virtual consultations using calls, email, video and screenshare, presenting tailored investment options.
• Provide clear rationale and analysis for each recommendation, following a structured qualification process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven performance in UK residential off‑plan or specialist supported‑housing sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline, identify buying signals and close deals consistently.
• Comfortable working fully remotely and delivering sales via digital channels.
• Aspiring to progress into a sales‑management role in the future.
