About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct viewings and manage letting or sales of residential properties.
• Maintain an accurate applicant and property database.
• Provide regular feedback to applicants, landlords and vendors.
• Proactively seek new business and retain existing clients.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
• List properties and liaise with clients throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a negotiator in property sales or lettings.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Professional, positive and ambitious attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No car required for the role.
