Senior Recruiter – GTM Expansion (London)

About the role

Ramp is looking for its first dedicated Senior Recruiter for GTM Expansion in London. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for the UK commercial team, partnering with sales, solutions consulting, partnerships and customer success leaders to build a high‑performing go‑to‑market organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for priority GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Develop a sharp point of view on the UK talent market and future expansion markets, identifying top companies and high‑performing individuals.
• Leverage research, data and AI to source and qualify exceptional candidates, delivering written market insights.
• Craft personalized outreach and maintain a high conversion rate through quality communication.
• Partner with GTM leaders to define profiles, processes and compensation strategies, surfacing market realities early.
• Manage the candidate experience from first contact to offer close with clear, timely communication.
• Build Ramp’s presence in London through relationships, referrals and targeted community activity.
• Collaborate with the broader GTM recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support and operating rhythm.
• Capture learnings from the UK market to improve recruiting for future expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle GTM or sales recruiting experience in a high‑growth tech environment.
• Deep knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or ability to build one quickly.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing exceptional hires across GTM functions.
• Strong sourcing and research instincts with the ability to articulate why candidates are differentiated.
• Excellent judgment in candidate closing and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset to monitor funnel health and drive process improvements.
• High ownership, proactive communication and sharp written communication skills.
