About the role

As a Senior Recruiter at Taktile, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective team members, shaping the talent pipeline that fuels our growth. Based in our London office, you will work closely with hiring managers and leaders to attract top‑tier GTM talent in a fast‑moving AI environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for GTM roles, from role scoping to offer close, ensuring speed without compromising quality.
• Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools, and creative outreach to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Partner strategically with hiring managers, shaping job requirements, challenging assumptions, and keeping searches aligned with shifting priorities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a process that reflects Taktile’s values.
• Leverage data to monitor pipeline health, identify drop‑off points, and provide actionable hiring funnel updates.
• Collaborate with People Ops for smooth post‑offer handoffs, including onboarding, relocations, and visa support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on sourcing and talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑growth startups or dynamic environments.
• Proven success hiring across GTM functions such as Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing roles.
• Strong partnership experience with senior leaders, acting as a trusted hiring advisor.
• Ability to read and evaluate GTM candidates and sell compelling opportunities.
