Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accountancy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our Finance & Accountancy practice in London. You will work within a well‑established recruitment house, managing both client and candidate relationships while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate finance and accountancy clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines within the finance and accounting sectors.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.
• Provide a high‑quality service experience to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of agency recruitment experience in finance, accountancy or related professional services.
• Proven ability to win and grow client accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially motivated and results‑driven.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
