Senior Sales Consultant – Estate Agency

About the role

David Astburys is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant for its flagship Crouch End office. The role focuses on delivering first‑class service to landlords and tenants while managing a high volume of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Manage a large caseload of property transactions, organising client details and paperwork.
• Maintain and update the sales database.
• Carry out administrative duties related to sales progression, including issuing legal documentation.
• Liaise with buyers, solicitors, surveyors and finance companies to ensure timely completions.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency.
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
