Senior Sales Executive – Prime Central London Residential Sales

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Prime Central London residential sales team based in Mayfair. You will generate new sales instructions, manage transactions from valuation to completion and provide exceptional client service in the high‑end London market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and win new residential sales instructions.
• Conduct property valuations and organise viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and industry contacts.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in London residential property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of the Prime Central London market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, professional and results‑driven.
• Full right to work in the UK.
