About the role

Searchable is building a platform that helps companies improve their visibility in AI‑driven search. As a Senior Social Media Manager you will own the entire social function end‑to‑end, shaping how the brand appears to the world and driving real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Create platform‑native content, including short‑form video and founder‑led pieces, that cuts through the noisy SaaS and AI market.
• Build and nurture communities on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, niche forums and AI‑focused sites.
• Turn long‑form SEO and AI‑search thinking into high‑performing social formats.
• Collaborate with founders, creators and industry voices to amplify reach and authority.
• Measure awareness, engagement and pipeline influence, iterating strategy based on data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of social media experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS or digital marketing.
• Proven track record owning social strategy end‑to‑end and driving demand generation.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and founder‑led content.
• Experience building or scaling community alongside social initiatives.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to simplify complex ideas.
