Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Jordan & Faber Ltd is seeking experienced Site Managers to lead ongoing construction contracts across Dorset and Wiltshire. The role is full‑time, PAYE, and offers the chance to work with a growing independent main contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site personnel.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards, including compliance with SMSTS guidelines.
• Monitor progress, quality and budget, reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders, particularly on military camp projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Working Site Supervisor in the construction sector.
• Experience working on military camp sites is an advantage.
• SMSTS certification preferred.
• Full‑time availability under PAYE terms.

Required skills

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Construction site supervision.
• Military camp site management experience.
