About the role
A leading main contractor is seeking a Site Manager for a new‑build warehouse project in East London. The site is already active and scheduled for completion in December 2026. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate trade subcontractors while liaising with the client.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth on‑site construction processes.
- Manage all site labour and subcontractors.
- Control the programme and minimise or eliminate potential delays.
- Maintain strong health and safety compliance.
Required profile
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid).
- Proven experience in managing site labour and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per year.
