Join a global leader in energy technology as a Site Quality Manager (SQM) to drive excellence during critical project execution. Based initially in Peterhead with a planned relocation to the new project site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all works, both internal and subcontracted, meet the highest quality standards and client requirements.

Missions principales

• Plan, organize, and lead all quality activities throughout the construction and execution phases.
• Review contractual and local requirements and integrate lessons learned from previous projects.
• Validate contractor quality plans and monitor risk identification and mitigation.
• Implement quality management systems and provide necessary training to site personnel.
• Supervise inspections and tests across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Manage quality documentation, including test certificates, checklists, ITP, and ITR.
• Organize acceptance tests and coordinate approvals with clients and third-party inspectors.
• Monitor quality KPIs and dashboards, providing regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Oversee equipment calibration and manage non-conformance processes (NCR, CCRP).

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in Quality Management within large-scale industrial or construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to relocate to the new project site upon project commencement.
• Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to functional and operational managers.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and site inspection protocols.
• Proficiency in managing ITP (Inspection Test Plans) and ITR (Inspection Test Records).
• Technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering processes.
• Mastery of quality tools such as NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and KPI tracking.
