Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Quilter is modernising its digital presence and needs a creative marketer to lead social media and recruitment marketing initiatives. As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive you will plan, create and deliver audience‑focused content across social platforms, YouTube, email and emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt social‑first content (posts, short‑form video, YouTube descriptions, website copy and email newsletters).
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity across key platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management and performance optimisation.
• Support adviser recruitment and customer acquisition through targeted paid and organic social campaigns, email and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation and brand awareness.
• Own Quilter’s YouTube channel – planning, publishing, optimisation, governance and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to SEO, AEO and AI discoverability initiatives to improve content visibility in traditional and AI‑powered search environments.

Required profile

• Digitally‑minded marketer with solid experience managing social media channels and running paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of how content must adapt across platforms, audience segments and stages of the customer or adviser journey.
• Familiarity with website content management and SEO principles, with an interest in AI‑driven search.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities, work independently and communicate progress to stakeholders.
