Social Media Manager & Producer for Founder’s Personal Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Producer to lead content creation for a high‑profile founder’s personal brand and associated social channels. You will translate ideas into platform‑specific formats and manage the full production cycle from concept to publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Produce content end‑to‑end, including scripting, filming, briefing editors and overseeing final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to capture authentic, personality‑driven material.
• Maintain day‑to‑day content calendars and ensure consistent output.
• Identify trends, platform shifts and cultural moments for rapid content creation.
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine hooks, formats and posting cadence.
• Support audience growth through deep platform knowledge and optimisation.
• Work with editors, designers and broader creative teams as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content production, digital publishing or creator‑led businesses.
• Proven track record managing founder or personality‑led accounts.
• Strong grasp of short‑form storytelling, audience retention and platform‑native formats.
• Good understanding of long‑form YouTube strategy and packaging.
• Confidence directing shoots and on‑camera talent.
• Ability to balance creative instincts with data‑driven performance insights.
• Highly organised with capacity to juggle multiple content workstreams.
• Backgrounds in publishers, creator brands or fast‑paced media environments are a plus.
