Solutions Consultant / Presales – French Speaker

About the role

Worldpay is seeking a bilingual Solutions Consultant to join its fast‑growing payments sales team. In this pre‑sales position you will act as the technical bridge between prospects and our product portfolio, helping clients understand how our solutions meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects to uncover requirements and map them to Worldpay products.
• Deliver joint commercial presentations, live demos, and product information sessions.
• Create solution designs and scope new business from discovery through hand‑over to implementation.
• Support product teams in pre‑sales discussions, covering integration, connectivity, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, client success and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent Worldpay at meetings, conferences and partner events, building internal and external networks.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable in client‑facing settings.
• Ability to build deep internal relationships across teams and external relationships in the payments and technology ecosystem.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid business understanding and technical aptitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of current payment technologies.
• Familiarity with Worldpay merchant platforms and product suite.
• Competitor assessment and ability to act as voice of the customer.
