Speech and Language Therapist – SEND Schools (South East & East England)

About the role
We are seeking qualified Speech and Language Therapists to join our agency and support a network of SEND schools across the South East and East of England. You will work directly with children and young people, helping them develop communication skills that enhance both academic achievement and social interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and deliver speech and language therapy interventions for pupils with diverse communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, families and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy programmes.
- Monitor progress, produce reports and adjust targets as required.
- Provide advice and training to school staff to foster communication‑friendly environments.
Required profile
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience working with children and young people, preferably in SEND settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to schools across the South East and East regions.
