About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our fashion retail outlet at The Trafford Centre. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and managing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and customer‑service staff.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs and ensure financial performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Manage store budgets, stock levels and inventory processes.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
