About the role

As a Store Manager for Costa Coffee in Weston‑super‑Mare, you will lead a busy coffee shop for a 12‑month fixed‑term period. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of customer service and achieve positive NPS scores.
• Manage daily store operations, including sales, profit targets and inventory control.
• Develop, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent performance.
• Maintain store appearance and create an inviting atmosphere for repeat visits.
• Engage with the local community to attract new customers.
