Strategy Consultant – German Speaking (London, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant who is fluent in German and English to join our London office on a hybrid basis. The role involves supporting senior consultants and client stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into actionable outcomes across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of strategy and execution consulting projects.
• Act as a primary contact for client stakeholders and help develop relationships.
• Conduct structured analysis and primary research to generate insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate client workshops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design problem‑solving approaches and project outputs.
• Contribute to tools, methodologies and best‑practice development.
• Mentor junior team members as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Experience in strategy consulting or a related strategy role.
• Strong academic background; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
