Studio Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Studio Producer to join Liverpool Podcast Studios, the UK’s leading video‑first podcast and content production studio. You will be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire production journey from recording to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Run studio sessions end‑to‑end, including set building, camera framing and audio mic placement.
• Record podcasts and video content, ensuring high‑quality audio and visual capture.
• Edit and post‑produce content to a consistently high standard.
• Manage client relationships, keep them informed, and deliver final assets on time and to specification.
• Contribute creative ideas and help develop new studio services.

Required profile

• Passion for creating world‑class audio and video content.
• Strong eye for visual composition and ear for audio quality.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, people‑led team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audio recording equipment and signal processing.
• Understanding of video camera operation, framing and lighting.
• Basic editing capabilities for audio and video content.
