About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA team. You will partner with hiring managers across Sales, Customer Success and Technology to build high‑performing, go‑to‑market teams throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of functions, focusing on Go‑to‑Market positions such as BDRs, AEs and CSMs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and sales leadership to define role scope, priorities and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source candidates through referrals, direct outreach, job boards, networking and market mapping.
  • Own and prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, university partnerships and employee referral programs.
  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to provide tactical hiring insights.
  • Balance speed of hiring with quality, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in an in‑house role.
  • Proven success delivering full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and geographies, preferably EMEA.
  • Experience recruiting for sales‑oriented roles (pre‑sales, direct sales, channel, marketing, customer success).
  • Strong judgment in assessing candidate fit and long‑term success.
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Track record of meeting hiring timelines, communicating risks and collaborating to overcome challenges.
  • French language skills are a plus.
