About the role
As a Talent Management Specialist at COS, you will help shape a future‑ready workforce by leading succession planning, high‑potential development, and capability framework design across global store and office environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive a clear succession planning process across all functions and regions, working with HR Business Partners and Talent Managers.
- Design, implement, and evolve career pathways and capability frameworks that are practical, scalable, and widely adopted.
- Partner with the Learning team to embed current and future skill requirements into learning programmes and mandatory training.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify capability gaps and shape hiring strategies that complement internal talent pipelines.
- Support leadership development and assessment initiatives, contributing to programme design and delivery.
- Work with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated talent strategies aligned with business goals.
Required profile
- Alignment with COS values: open‑minded, curious, innovative, continuously improving, and taking ownership.
- Previous experience in Talent Management, workforce planning, learning/leadership development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience designing and implementing succession planning and recruitment strategies.
