Talent Partner

About the role

Conveo is looking for a Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end hiring and support core people processes as the company scales. You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and close top talent across engineering, product, go‑to‑market, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring outcomes from kickoff to close, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with founders on hiring strategy, org design, and talent decisions.
• Maintain speed without sacrificing quality and build a high‑signal candidate experience.
• Support core people operations such as onboarding, role clarity, and early performance signals.
• Develop and maintain scalable hiring systems, interview scorecards, and data tracking in ATS and internal tools.
• Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and keep hiring data clean.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting or high‑performance hiring experience in in‑house teams, startups, scale‑ups, or agencies.
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills.
• Experience partnering closely with founders and senior leaders.
• High ownership, ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal hiring tools.
