Team Leader Barista – 18 hrs/week

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a Team Leader Barista, working 18 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will help create great coffee experiences and memorable moments for customers while supporting and motivating your team in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure operational excellence.
• Train, coach and support new baristas to deliver high‑quality service.
• Energise and motivate the team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee preparation.
• Apply resourcefulness and adaptability to keep the store running smoothly under pressure.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm in busy situations.
• Previous experience as a team leader or willingness to step into the role.
