Join Costa Coffee in Chippenham as a Team Leader, overseeing a 30‑hour per week shift schedule on a permanent basis. You’ll bring energy and confidence to each shift, supporting both the team and customers while enjoying flexible working patterns.

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts and ensure operational excellence.
• Train and support new baristas, fostering skill development.
• Motivate and energise the team to maintain high morale.
• Maintain high standards of service and coffee quality.

Required profile

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident when leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.
• Experience as a team leader or readiness to step into the role.
