About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests at the counter, providing food and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the service area.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work early‑morning shifts, with start times as early as 3 am.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Strong people skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑moving airport setting.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and varied schedules.
• Willingness to provide a five‑year reference history and undergo a criminal record check.
