Technical Program Manager

About the role

SoSafe is building a leading human risk management platform that drives behavioural change through engaging cybersecurity training and simulations. The Technical Program Manager will embed within a platform team to bring order to complex, cross‑service initiatives, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for programs affecting multiple services, such as architecture migrations, compliance remediations, and legacy system sunsets.
• Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders to align platform changes with customer‑facing rollouts, communications, and external commitments.
• Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities, ensuring other engineering teams consume and benefit from them.
• Manage multi‑team migrations, coordinating downstream consumers, external commitments, and legacy constraints.
• Maintain program health through dependency maps, risk logs, decision records, and regular check‑ins.
• Define and track delivery health metrics (incident counts, adoption rates, time‑to‑land) to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience running complex, cross‑functional technical programs with decision‑making authority.
• Strong ability to engage in deep engineering discussions and understand technical trade‑offs.
• Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguity using the lightest effective mechanisms.
• Experience delivering migrations or sunsetting legacy systems with downstream impact.
• Clear, concise communication style; writes decisions and ensures visibility.
• Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and modern engineering toolchains.
