Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert hydraulic and electro‑hydraulic advice to HydraForce customers and internal teams. You will work closely with sales, application engineers and production to ensure successful project delivery from concept to end‑of‑life.

Key responsibilities

• Review and advise on system design requests for new hydraulic applications.
• Generate detailed cost analyses and accurate sales quotations.
• Project‑manage product development, prototype assembly and testing.
• Provide on‑site installation support, troubleshooting and training for hydraulic integrated circuits.
• Collaborate with OEM customers on electro‑hydraulic control integration and high‑level technical discussions.
• Support production with test control plans and handle warranty returns with comprehensive reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in off‑highway, construction, agricultural or industrial hydraulics.
• Strong analytical skills for cost breakdowns and technical reporting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage projects through all stages.
