Territory Owner – Build Your Own Estate Agency

About the role

YOPA is seeking motivated estate agents to become Territory Owners, running their own agency under the YOPA franchise. You will manage a portfolio of postcodes, generate leads, and deliver YOPA’s fixed‑fee property sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a local estate agency business within an assigned territory.
• Generate and convert high‑quality leads provided by YOPA’s central team.
• Manage client relationships from valuation through to completion.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of agents as the business expands.
• Collaborate with YOPA’s marketing, contact centre, and learning & development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency, including valuing, listing, and completing sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a business.
