Tour Assistant – Travel & Event Support

About the role
TAG is seeking a motivated Tour Assistant to join its Touring team. You will support the planning and execution of travel logistics for high‑profile clients, ensuring a seamless, personalised experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for client tour requests and maintain accurate movement sheets.
- Book basic travel arrangements under supervision and assist with supplier negotiations.
- Create detailed PowerPoint presentations for artist hotel briefings.
- Utilise TAG’s GDS and other travel‑booking tools to manage itineraries.
- Support the team in financial tracking and cost‑saving initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in travel, tourism or a related service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company and client policies.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress toward a Tour Coordinator role.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client‑facing presentations.
- Experience using GDS or similar travel‑booking systems.
