Supply Chain Manager – Spanish Speaking (London)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, international supplier coordination and inventory management for a fast‑growing UK food startup that delivers premium Latin‑American‑inspired ingredients to professional kitchens.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end purchasing across UK and overseas suppliers.
• Manage long‑lead international supply chains, including forecasting, ordering and lead‑time control.
• Maintain direct relationships with Spanish‑speaking overseas partners and handle all communication in Spanish.
• Coordinate international freight, customs clearance and inbound logistics to the UK.
• Oversee stock integrity, inventory accuracy and warehouse flow.
• Support production planning with accurate supply‑demand inputs.
• Optimise ERP and inventory systems (Cin7 Core or equivalent) and develop reporting tools.
• Identify cost‑optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across procurement and packaging.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (written and verbal) with proven experience working directly with overseas suppliers.
• Background in food manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to balance availability, cost efficiency and production requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, specifically Cin7 Core or similar inventory platforms.
