About the role

Join our fast‑growing Birmingham office as a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant. You will work with schools across the West Midlands to attract and place outstanding education professionals while building your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Head‑hunt and interview candidates for teaching and support roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with school clients.
• Negotiate recruitment fees and manage vacancy processes.
• Achieve sales targets and earn uncapped commission.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or teacher with a proven track record of commitment.
• Strong communication, resilience and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ambitious, financially driven and comfortable working under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence (or test booked).

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
