Travel Consultant – Africa (Luxury Travel)

About the role

Join a luxury travel company in London as a Travel Consultant specialising in African destinations. You will design unforgettable journeys, guiding clients from the first enquiry through to the completion of their trip and planning their next adventure.

Key responsibilities

• Create bespoke itineraries to Africa, tailoring each trip to client preferences.
• Book and confirm travel components such as hotels, flights, car hire, cruises, tours and day trips.
• Maintain client relationships before, during and after travel, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide post‑trip follow‑up and propose future travel options.

Required profile

• Passionate about travel to Africa.
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry, particularly luxury sales of African holidays.
• Experience in senior luxury travel sales is a major advantage.
• Sales‑driven and results‑focused.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time Monday‑Friday role (9:00‑17:30 or 9:30‑18:00) with eight paid Saturdays per year.
• Hybrid working – 3‑4 days in the office after probation, 1‑2 days remote.
• Salary £32,000‑£36,000 plus up to £10,000 commission in the first year.
