Travel Reservations Consultant – Fluent Arabic Speakers (Overnight Shifts)

About the role

Join a leading high‑end travel concierge service as a Travel Reservations Consultant. You will work remotely from anywhere in the UK, handling overnight travel requests from affluent members and creating bespoke itineraries in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Book worldwide travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences.
• Manage the end‑to‑end reservation process, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring seamless delivery.
• Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Work rotational overnight shifts (8 pm – 10 am) on a 5‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off schedule.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the travel industry, preferably serving HNWI clients.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong commitment to delivering premium customer service.
• Willingness to work overnight rotational shifts.

• Base salary starting at £38,000 per year, plus up to £3,600 annual bonus.
