Twilight Delivery Supervisor

About the role

The Twilight Delivery Supervisor supports the Delivery Manager in running a safe, secure and legally compliant delivery hub. You will help maintain a best‑in‑class delivery service, ensuring efficiency and on‑time order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage picking activity accurately and keep the picker board up to date.
• Train and support pickers, run regular picker huddles and ensure a clean, tidy and safe work environment.
• Pre‑load and operate hand scanners and oversee extract management.
• Complete and record diary tasks, supporting new colleague induction.
• Lead by example, modelling the Booker Code of Business Conduct and Win Together behaviours.
• Build and maintain internal and external working relationships while complying with company policies, mandatory training and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivery or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to train staff and manage daily operational tasks.
