UK Propositions Lead - Credit Cards

About the role

We are looking for a UK Propositions Lead for Credit Cards to shape the end‑to‑end credit‑card offering for Chase UK. Reporting to the International Consumer Bank, you will join a flat‑structure, start‑up‑mindset team building the bank of the future and will have the chance to make a real impact on product strategy and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and own the credit‑card proposition backlog for the UK market, translating customer needs, competitive insights and financial objectives into a multi‑year roadmap.
• Set pricing and promotional structures to meet new‑business acquisition and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit and Commercial teams to model unit economics, track P&L impact and optimise margins.
• Partner with Credit Risk and Legal to ensure all propositions comply with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Work closely with product, engineering and design squads to deliver cloud‑native micro‑services solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Curious mindset with a passion for fintech and digital banking.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
• Experience working in collaborative squads or tribes, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Solution‑oriented, data‑driven and comfortable with risk and compliance considerations.
