UK&I Tax Manager – Corporate Tax & VAT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a UK&I Tax Manager to lead the group’s UK corporate tax compliance and reporting, reporting to the Head of Group Tax. The role combines technical tax authority on VAT and PSA with involvement in international filings and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own UK corporation tax compliance and reporting for all UK entities using Alphatax.
• Manage UK VAT and indirect tax compliance, acting as the day‑to‑day technical authority.
• Run the PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) process end‑to‑end.
• Support transfer pricing and international tax filings, including CbCR and Pillar Two/GloBE.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR and Payroll on tax matters.
• Contribute to strategic tax projects, M&A support and process/automation improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant and/or tax adviser (ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA).
• Post‑qualified experience in a similar UK tax role.
• Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge and up‑to‑date HMRC guidance.
• Understanding of international tax filings in a UK context.
• Irish tax knowledge and familiarity with Alphatax and Workday is desirable.
