VP, Global Banking – Consumer, Retail & Healthcare

About the role

This commercial, client‑facing position focuses on business development, relationship management and revenue growth for multinational corporate clients in the Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sectors. You will manage a portfolio of leading UK, Ireland and Nordic clients, delivering tailored banking and financing solutions while coordinating cross‑border activities.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of leading UK, Ireland and Nordic multinational clients in Consumer, Retail and Healthcare sectors.
• Identifying and executing new business opportunities across Transactional Banking, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Foreign Exchange to drive revenue growth.
• Conducting client meetings, including international travel, and presenting tailored banking and financing solutions.
• Managing sales pipeline, supporting credit reviews and presenting to internal committees.
• Producing client presentations, pitchbooks and providing management information and reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role focusing on Consumer, Retail & Healthcare clients.
• Broad experience in Corporate Finance, GTB, FS&A, RSG and DCM.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and financial modelling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across product groups.
