VP Product – Lead AI Virtual Agents

About the role

Unitary is seeking a seasoned VP of Product to drive the next phase of growth for its Virtual Agents platform. Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the executive team, you will shape product strategy, build a high‑performing product organization, and collaborate across engineering, AI research, go‑to‑market, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define a multi‑year vision and roadmap for Virtual Agents, balancing product experience, technology differentiation, vertical expansion and commercial models.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead an exceptional product team, establishing best practices for product development at Unitary.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless product execution, enablement, and scaling.
• Own the end‑to‑end product experience, including onboarding, human‑in‑the‑loop processes, and customer success workflows.
• Develop deep domain expertise in target markets—especially commercial insurance—and use insights to prioritize features and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product functions at high‑growth technology companies, preferably in AI or SaaS.
• Track record of scaling products from early traction to multi‑million ARR.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
