Waiter – Chet’s Thai-American Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter to join the team at Chet’s, the Thai‑American comfort‑food restaurant located within The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush in London. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to Chet’s standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs and service stations.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues and upsell menu items where appropriate.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
