About the role
Join Lloyds Banking Group’s Public Websites team to help understand how customers interact with our digital channels. You will turn data into actionable insight, supporting product, marketing and content teams to improve online experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Support analysis and reporting of website performance across all public‑facing sites.
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports using Adobe Analytics, Power BI and Excel.
- Identify trends, opportunities and optimisation areas across traffic, engagement and content performance.
- Analyse campaign and content performance to highlight successes and improvement points.
- Assist with tracking validation and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with digital, content, marketing and technology stakeholders to answer business questions.
- Automate recurring reports and enhance reporting processes.
- Present findings in a clear, accessible manner for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Curious and diligent with a strong analytical mindset.
- Minimum two years’ experience in website or digital analytics.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating across multiple teams.
