Year 3 Teacher – Selly Oak (Sept Start)

About the role
Aspiring Year 3 Teacher needed for a welcoming primary school in Selly Oak, starting September 2026. You will lead a small class of 23 pupils, delivering high‑quality learning in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback to support development.
- Promote a positive classroom culture, encouraging curiosity and independence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Required profile
- Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Adaptable, enthusiastic, and passionate about primary education.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
