About the role
We are seeking a passionate Year 4 teacher to join a warm, inclusive primary school in Birmingham from September 2026. This full‑time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic and personal development within a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality KS2 lessons for Year 4.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and wellbeing.
- Support the academic and personal progress of all pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and school leadership.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder.
- Experience teaching KS2, preferably Year 4.
- Enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to pupil progress.
- Strong behaviour management and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
