About the role
The Administration Co-ordinator will provide high‑quality administrative support to the Health Visiting Team Manager and Health Visitor, ensuring smooth operation of child‑planning processes and related services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative support to the Team Manager/Health Visitor.
- Plan, coordinate and record multi‑agency Child’s Planning meetings.
- Assist in the coordination of care and draft/review statutory Child Plans within set deadlines.
- Capture and collate statistics related to Child’s Planning meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, responding or referring appropriately.
- Maintain all relevant databases and systems and train users in their operation.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high‑standard administrative support.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to statutory deadlines.
- Experience acting as a primary contact for internal and external enquiries.
- Ability to maintain and train others on database systems.
- PVG Scheme membership or willingness to obtain it before starting.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
