About the role
JEGI LEONIS, a leading M&A advisory firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support senior bankers in its London office. The role is highly collaborative and requires a minimum of four days per week on‑site, starting in August or September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars and schedule internal meetings, client calls, and travel.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and organise meeting logistics such as conference rooms, catering, materials, and video‑conferencing setup.
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of presentations, documents, and other business materials.
- Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks: correspondence, record‑keeping, and expense processing.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, greeting clients and visitors.
- Oversee office logistics, including deliveries, supplies, meeting‑room readiness, and general administration.
- Support broader office coordination, facilities initiatives, and ad‑hoc projects related to client engagement, recruiting, events, and team activities.
